According to Danesh 365, Dr. Kazemi, the Education Director of Sepahan Cement Company, visited Dizicheh Cement Technical School with the aim of assessing its educational, equipment, and infrastructural conditions.
During this visit, which was attended by Mousavi, Deputy Governor of Mobarakeh County; Yazdani, Head of the County’s Education Department; Jamshid Zamani, Chairman of Dizicheh City Council; and Ziaei, Deputy Mayor of Dizicheh, the participants discussed with the school’s management and staff and closely examined the educational activities, shortages, and existing challenges of the institution.
During the visit, issues such as the need to equip technical workshops, renovate parts of the building, improve the educational environment, and strengthen the connection between industry and education were emphasized.
On the sidelines of the visit, Dr. Kazemi highlighted the importance of the role of industries in developing vocational and technical education and stated:
Sepahan Cement Company has always paid special attention to its social responsibilities, particularly in the field of education. In coordination with the esteemed Managing Director of the factory, specialized teams from various departments of the company will be dispatched to thoroughly assess the needs of this technical school. After prioritizing and summarizing the findings, practical measures will be taken to address the shortages and support the educational process.
He added that the connection between industry and technical-vocational schools can pave the way for cultivating a skilled workforce, promoting sustainable employment, and fostering regional development. Sepahan Cement Company is ready, through joint initiatives, to provide opportunities for enhancing students’ skills and familiarizing them with real work environments.
This visit was carried out to continue the educational and industrial collaboration between Sepahan Cement Company and the Mobarakeh County Education Department. In the coming weeks, the first joint expert meeting is scheduled to be held to develop an operational plan for supporting Dizicheh Cement Technical School.
